Google SketchUp

Today we used Google SketchUP, it is a 3D autocad program made by Google. We used the program to model a bracket that will be used to mount our GWS Pico Servo in position to adjust the needle valve on the RC car. After getting the dimensions of the of part we wanted our mounting bracket to attached to we modeled it in a 3d space.  After modeling the part we printed the model out and attached the paper sketch to the mounting  holes to check accuracy.  We then drew a servo model and found where and what hieght the servo needed to be at. Below are the individual components and them modeled together as well.
